Soft Play
Our soft play area is suitable for ages 1 to 11, with a maximum height of 4 ft 7 in. The main frame is for children aged 4 and over, and the toddler area is for ages 0 to 4.

Fantastic well run, spotless, age appropriate and SAFE! my girls had a ball! Food was lovely and came out perfect timing, has such a nice vibe to the place. *Edit* my one and two year old slept for a full 12 hours last night after our visit safe to say we will be visiting regularly!

Come here regularly with my son who has Down syndrome and another young boy with Autism , we always find it relaxed and the food is good , staff are always helpful , one of the better Softplay
We did afternoon tea with the princesses and it was brilliant, the child had a ball. The set up with amazing and there was plenty of food and it was delicious. We will definitely be back
Frequently Asked Questions
How many children can you accommodate in a party?
We can accommodate up to 20 children in each party hut. If you have more than 20 children, we recommend booking an exclusive party or adding additional tables just outside the hut.
How many adults can we bring with our party?
Twelve adults are included free of charge with every party booking. Additional adults can be added at £2.50 per adult, but please check with us when booking your party and confirming final numbers so we can reserve the correct space for your party size.
Do you have any food options for the adults?
As well as our full range of café offerings, we can cater for a variety of platters for your party. These include scone, sandwich and traybake platters, hot food cones, and more. They can be booked up to five days before your party.
Can we bring additional decorations?
You can decorate the party hut during the 15 minutes before your group’s 30 minutes in the hut. Please do not use drawing pins in the centre, for safety reasons.
Do you offer extras such as themes and balloons?
We have a range of party themes, helium balloons, banners, and more that we can add to your party. We’ll email all the information, including prices, once you’ve booked your party, but please feel free to get in touch for further information.
Do you only do one kind of party?
We have soft play parties and Teddy Tastic parties, where children get to create a stuffed bear of their choice before enjoying the soft play!
Can we hire Treehouse for an exclusive party?
Yes, we offer exclusive hire for birthdays, community groups, schools and other events. Contact us for prices and availability.
Can we bring in our own catering?
No, unfortunately, you cannot bring in any outside food. Due to strict allergy controls, we can only allow a birthday cake to enter the venue and be consumed in the party hut when you book a party with us. No outside food is allowed at any other time.
What ages is Treehouse suitable for?
Our height limit is 4 ft 9 in. Parents and guardians must supervise their children throughout the visit.
Do you have a minimum number of children required for party bookings?
Our packages suit different group sizes. Mini Parties are for smaller groups of up to seven children, Standard Parties are for eight or more children, and exclusive hire gives you private use of the venue. Mini Parties use reserved tables rather than party huts.
