Soft Play
Our soft play area is perfect for ages 1-11. (max height 4ft 7in). We have two main areas; the main frame is suitable for 4+ and then the toddler area is specifically designed for 0-4.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a minimum number of children required for party bookings?
No, we offer three party types: Mini Parties for up to seven children, Regular Parties for eight or more children, and Exclusive Parties for whole-venue hire. Package prices and spaces vary by party type. Mini Parties use reserved tables instead of the party huts.
How many children can you accommodate in a party?
We can accommodate up to 20 children in each party hut. If you have more than 20 children, we recommend booking an exclusive party or adding additional tables just outside the hut.
How many adults can we bring with our party?
Twelve adults are included free of charge with every party booking. Additional adults can be added at £2.50 per adult, but please check with us when booking your party and confirming final numbers so we can reserve the correct space for your party size.
Do you have any food options for the adults?
As well as our full range of café offerings, we can cater for a variety of platters for your party. These include scone, sandwich and traybake platters, hot food cones, and more. They can be booked up to five days before your party.
Can we bring additional decorations?
Yes, of course! The party hut will be empty for 15 minutes before your 30-minute session, and you’re welcome to decorate it at that stage. Please note that thumbtacks may not be used in the centre for safety reasons.
Do you have any add on items such as themes, balloons etc?
We have a range of party themes, helium balloons, banners, and more that we can add to your party. We’ll email all the information, including prices, once you’ve booked your party, but please feel free to get in touch for further information.
Do you only do one kind of party?
We have soft-play parties and Teddy Tastic parties, where children get to create a stuffed bear of their choice before enjoying the soft play!
Can we hire Treehouse for an exclusive party?
Yes! We offer exclusive hire for birthdays, community groups, schools, and more – just get in touch for further pricing information!
Can we bring in our own catering?
No, unfortunately, you cannot bring in any outside food. Due to strict allergy controls, we can only allow a birthday cake to enter the venue and be consumed in the party hut when you book a party with us. No outside food is allowed at any other time.
What ages is Treehouse suitable for?
Legally, we can accept anyone under 4 ft 9 in – age doesn’t matter as long as you meet our height requirements! Please note that this is an adult-supervised centre; you must supervise your own children while they play.
